PHNO-SB: BODY TALK WITH CAMILLE VILLAR

BODY TALK WITH CAMILLE VILLAR

MANILA, MAY 11, 2012 (PHILSTAR) FUNFARE By Ricardo
F. Lo - (PHOTO- On Willie Revillame, main host of TV5's Wil Time Bigtime)

Camille Villar is a certified Papa's Girl and Mama's Girl. Understandable
because she's an only daughter, youngest of the three children of Sen. Manny
Villar and former Las Piñas Rep. Cynthia Villar.
Somebody close to Camille said that Camille agreed to be Willie Revillame's
co-host on TV5's Wil Time Bigtime, as replacement for Shalani Soledad when she
got married to Pasig City Rep. Roman Romulo, not so much for herself but to
please her parents. Sen. Manny is a good friend of Willie's.
Through time, however, Camille has learned to love the show.
"It has been such a wonderful and unique experience," she told Funfare."In
the few months that I've been part of the show I've learned so much, feel like
I've gained a new family in the people that I work with, and feel privileged to
meet the people who participate in the show and hear about their life stories.
They inspire me."
It's a feat how Camille, a Business Management graduate from Ateneo, is able
to accommodate hosting in her tight schedule and how she's able to divide her
time among the show, her family and her work in family business.
"I still serve as Chief Operating Officer of Brittany Corporation, a
subsidiary of Vista Land. I try to get my work done before heading to the Wil
Time Studio in the late afternoon. I usually spend time with my family on
Sundays, my only day-off, and have lunch with my dad throughout the week. It's a
new schedule for me but since I'm enjoying everything that I'm doing, it's not
that difficult. I'm so lucky that my family, friends, and officemates have been
so supportive and they do everything to help make things easier for me."
Willie has been supportive of her.

in a brood of three]
"He always reminds me to be myself and everything that I do or say should be
genuine and should come from the heart so I try to remember that when I'm
hosting," added Camille who is sweet and demure like Shalani. "The most
significant thing I've learned, though, is about how most people live in the
Philippines, the hardships they endure and the triumphs that they experience. It
made me want to do everything in my capacity to help as many people as I can."

What kind of diet do you follow?
"I don't really diet because I love to eat but what I do is eat what I want
but in moderation. When I feel like I'm getting heavy I try to stay away from
junk food and carbs for a while."
What's usually for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
"I can't live without rice, I have it with every meal. I also love steak,
Japanese food and Filipino dishes like kare-kare, sinigang or kaldereta. At
night or when I'm trying to watch my weight, I stick to grilled chicken breast
or fish."
What food do you always crave for, what food do you avoid?
"I sometimes crave for cheese pizza, anything from McDonald's, especially
chicken nuggets, and Mrs. Fields cookies. I also can't stay away from mangga and
bagoong. I don't avoid anything."
How much water do you take per day (soda, coffee, tea, or energy drinks)?

"I try to drink as much water as I can. I have given up soda a few years ago.
Once in a while, though, I cheat and have it with a Big Mac or pizza. I also
can't live without coffee. I always have coffee with me in the morning."
What vitamins do you take?
"I take Vitamin C, especially when I feel like I'm coming down with
something."
What workout do you do?
"I just run on the treadmill a couple of times a week and also do core
kinesis when I can. I haven't had much time to work out lately so I just make it
a point to stay active."
What part of your body needs improvement?
"I've always struggled to keep my entire body toned. My whole body needs
improvement."
What part of your body is your favorite?
"My eyes. People say they're very expressive."

Mariel Rodriguez: He has been supportive. He always reminds me to be just
myself, and that everything that I do or say should come from the heart.]

What part of a guy's body do you notice first?
"No body part in particular but I do notice broad shoulders, I don't know
why."
What else in a guy turns you on?
"Humility, strength, intelligence, strong family values, and a good heart."

What's in a guy that turns you off?
"Arrogance, incompetence and weakness."
How's your love life?
"Happy."
Do you have a nightlife?
"I go out only once in a while. I'm not particular about where or what we're
doing as long as I'm in good company."
How much sleep do you get per night?
"About six hours if I'm lucky."
Favorite sleepwear?
"Old, comfortable clothes."
Do you snore?
"I think I do when I'm really tired but not too loud and not always."
Do you talk in your sleep?
"No."
Do you sleepwalk?
"No, I really hope not."
How many pillows do you sleep with?
"Four. I love to bury myself in pillows."
Last thing you do before you sleep?
"Watch my favorite TV shows, pray and text my loved ones good night."
First thing that you do when you wake up?
"Turn on the TV and head to the shower."
How do you unwind, cope with stress? Massage or meditation? What sport do
you play?
"I cope with stress by spending time with the people that I love and who I
can laugh with. I watch movies, grab a few drinks or eat really good food.
Massage or meditation? I do both. I love to get a massage when I'm stressed but
also take a step back and pray for guidance when I need it. I don't play any
sport in particular now but I'll try anything at least once."
Favorite cities?
"Manila, of course, because there's no place like home. Glendale, California,
because I have wonderful memories with my family there, New York and London."

How long does it take you to fix yourself?
"Thirty minutes. I'm pretty low maintenance."
Are you vain like most beautiful women?
"No, not at all."
Name three men that you think have nice bodies.
"Brad Pitt, Kobe Bryant and Ryan Reynolds."
And three women that have nice bodies?
"Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston."
Using only body language how would you make a guy know that you admire
him?
"I'd probably look into his eyes longer than usual."
