MANILA, Philippines - The queen of US daytime talk shows starts her final season beginning this month on Diva Universal. The Oprah Winfrey Show — The Farewell Season starts on Nov. 15 in its new 8 p.m. timeslot.
Three big episodes for this month include exclusive sit-down interviews with country music singer Wynona Judd, Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, comedian Jon Stewart and musical actress Liza Minnelli.
Oprah (photo) gets the scoop on Nov. 15, Monday when she talks to Judd about her ex-husband's conviction and arrest. Actress Ashley Judd's sister opens up about protecting her family and offers viewers a look at the 1,000-acre Judd Tennessee farm she shares with her sister and mother Naomi.
On Nov. 21, travel with Oprah to Scotland where she interviews the billionaire mom behind the Harry Potter empire J. K. Rowling. Learn how her biggest failure became her biggest success story and what she has to say about her harshest critics.
Oprah jokes around with Emmy winner Jon Stewart and celebrates with musical legend Liza Minnelli on Nov. 28. The funnyman talks about life as a father and as a husband while Minnelli looks back her illustrious career.

MANILA, Philippines - To be launched today is the National Artist stamp series featuring the FPJ Commemorative Stamp Collection, to be held at the Philippine Postal Office lobby on Liwasang Bonifacio, Manila. I hope that the Quezon City government, led by Mayor Herbert Bautista and Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, will accord FPJ the same honor by approving a resolution naming a street in Q.C. after him.

MANILA, Philippines - Ricky Reyes (second from right) and his foundation recently led the inauguration and blessing of five new rooms (Rad-Onco, Gyne-Onco, Med-Onco, Med-Gyne-Onco and Treatment) in the Cancer Institute of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) with (from left) PGH director Dr. Enrique Domingo, Barbara Perez, Celine Clemente of Asia's Gem, Dr. Rachelle Rosario, Dean Imelda Peña and Wally Sombrero Jr. Fr. Vids Gomez Jr. officiated the blessing.
The gift giving and a short program dedicated to the cancer patients cheered everyone. Also with Ricky were some of the patients and donors like Dan Teoh of Maybio Corp., Aton Atilano of Dr. J Rubbing Alcohol and Arnell Ignacio.
